QuadCopter EM-32 - KSP blueprint

Non-polluting and silent, this drone recharges in flight with it's solar panels, and it's accuracy even allows it to land on the roof of the KSC VAB. Possibility of replacing the remote guidance unit with a seat, so that Jebediah can enjoy the joys of quadcopter driving.
