Gull - KSP blueprint

A small and light seaplane that offers ideal training for kerbals who do not know exactly where and when they will land (or rather, "land"). It can take off and land at incredibly low speeds (slower than the rovers whirling around the KSC driven by test pilots whose name we will not mention) thanks to its interior flaps.
